Effective November 23, 2008, the USPS Move Update process (now required on First Class Mail) will be required for Standard Class and Non-Profit Mail. Standard Class and Non-Profit mailers who choose not to meet the Move Update requirement must use the “OR CURRENT RESIDENT” address format beginning Nov. 23.

The price per thousand will drop from $5.20 to $3.20.  Also, the current minimum charge will drop from $64 to $40 (this includes Address Standardization and NCOA).
